On 29/2/2020, a PTM was organized by the administration of JIS college of engineering to connect the teachers with parents. It is a regular event, which is held in every semester to bring about the transparency in the policy which are discussed with the parents and in return, the teachers get to know the opinions of the parents. This meeting also provides the parent(s) a few minutes, exclusively with the teacher to discuss the academic and non-academic performance of the student. Positive PTMs build a rapport between the parent and the teacher and improve the chance of the student’s success.
The teachers of CMS are interacting with parents during PTM and answering all the queries the parents are having during the meeting regarding their children.
